    passive skills

    is there a possibility that the passive skills would level up, let's say by levelling your character to certain level that they would level to skill II like the active skills levelup by using them ?
    or by a certain amount of days played.

    I really don't like the idea of skills leveling up from play time alone. That would be so bad.
